Scryway

Mercury in Leo

expressive speech · confidence · storytelling · pride

You tend to think in a way that wants an audience, even if the audience is only one friend over coffee. Ideas feel most alive when you can share them with warmth and a bit of theatre, and you may have a gift for telling a story so that people lean in. You often learn best when a subject captures your heart, when a teacher is inspiring, or when you can present what you have learned to others.

Your speech is usually confident and generous. You may praise freely, encourage people who are unsure of themselves, and speak up when something matters to you. Decisions can be made from conviction: you know what you stand for and you say so. In a group you may naturally take the floor, and when you are at your best you also make room for others to shine alongside you.

The blind spot is pride in your own opinions. Because your ideas can feel like an extension of yourself, being corrected may sting more than it should, and you might defend a position mainly so as not to lose face. Under stress you may dominate a conversation or dramatise a point. Growth often comes from enjoying being wrong now and then, asking questions you do not know the answer to, and listening with the same enthusiasm you bring to speaking. At best, your words lift people and give them courage.
