The blind spot is vagueness. You may drift during detailed explanations, forget practical facts, or avoid saying something clearly because a direct statement feels unkind. When conflict arises you might go along with others, change the subject or quietly withdraw, leaving the real issue unsolved. Your mind can also be easily influenced by whoever is most persuasive.
