Chiron in the first house places an old sensitivity right at the surface, in how you present yourself and how you feel in your own body. You may have felt different, overlooked or too visible at an early age, and learnt to watch how others react before you relax. Simply being yourself in a new room can take courage. At times you might hide behind a role, or feel you need permission to take up space at all.
The same tenderness can become a gift for meeting people exactly as they are. Because you know how it feels to be uneasy in your own skin, you often put others at ease without trying, and your honesty about your own awkward edges can give them permission to drop theirs. Growth tends to come from treating your presence as something to inhabit kindly rather than correct, and from letting your example show that being imperfectly yourself is enough.
