Neptune in the fifth house brings imagination and romance to creativity, play and love. You may have a strong artistic streak, drawn to music, film, dance or anything that lets you lose yourself in the act of making. In love, you might idealise partners or fall for the dream of a person as much as the person in front of you, and romance can feel like a story you are living.
The gift is inspired creativity and a tender, generous heart in love and play. The difficulty is disappointment when reality does not match the fantasy, or pleasures that slide into escape.
