Personality 8: Commanding Poise

You frequently project strength, competence and a certain authority, even when you feel nothing of the sort. People may assume you are successful or in charge simply from your bearing. A polished, purposeful manner helps you navigate challenging environments. Beneath it, you might carry more doubt or softness than you let others see. Consider where showing a little vulnerability could build trust more effectively than another display of control.
