Personal Year 8: Harvest and Power

Year eight often brings matters of work, resources and personal authority into focus. Efforts made earlier in the cycle may start to show results, and you could be offered more responsibility or influence. It is symbolically a time of harvest, when you see how your choices have accumulated.

Confident decisions, clear goals and practical management of resources tend to go well. Attention may be needed around overwork, control and the temptation to measure yourself only by outcomes. Your worth runs deeper than any result. One useful step is to set a clear goal for the year and pair it with an equally clear limit, such as protected rest days, so ambition and wellbeing can share the same calendar.
